More popularly known as the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa, this game is the official video game of that year’s FIFA World Cup. It features 199 teams, out of 204, that participated in that year’s championship game. It also features the official 10 World Cup stadiums players can play in. Its special feature is a control method with two new buttons to entice new FIFA series players to avail of the game. It also enables players to upload video replays of their simulation games onto the EA Football World portal. Aside from the available nations that players can play with or against, online opponents are also available through some consoles. Its developers also improved its graphics and gameplay. Gameplay improvements include a team accustomed to higher altitudes can have its advantage if they play against a team who does not. Players can also get injured during international matches. In this version, player’s on-field composure is also magnified and presented very well on the screen. A Scenario mode is made accessible to players as well, so they can play scenarios from previous World Cup matches.
